breakfast croissant helpful concierge gym equipment coffee machine
the breakfast croissant basket was so delicious, i especially liked the almond one! the concierge service was helpful. i felt well taken care of .
The hotel gym lacked enough equipment. There was only one bench press and it was constantly in use! also, the in-room coffee machine was difficult to operate, the instructions were not clear.

excellent stay
spacious room comfortable bedding convenient location high standard
the gym features several treadmills. a very spacious room included comfortable bedding. the small balcony was a nice touch. i found the location convenient near the shopping district. the staff was super responsive to requests. their behaviour demonstrated a high standard of quality. they helped a lot to ensure our comfort. they prioritized us getting a high level of service. the steam room and sauna were perfect. the meditation room offered fresh juice. it also had treats after long walks. the hotel is beautiful. i love the quality of the food. the service of the staff is friendly. the gym is spacious and modern. my partner enjoyed the spa treatments.

high quality super responsive room keys 20 minutes
The staff was super responsive for requests and showed very high quality behavior. I was very grateful for their attentiveness. the location was great! though the parking was expensive.
The room keys never worked. We repeatedly had to go downstairs to get them changed. it sometimes took 20 minutes to get seen, that was not ideal.
